Course Description

Today’s leaders expect HR Business Partners to deeply understand the business and bring insights on how people, technology, and organizational capabilities affect business outcomes. This course builds the foundation HRBPs need to engage credibly in strategy discussions, challenge assumptions, and help shape where the business is going - not just how HR supports it.
