Course Description
Strong business performance depends on having the right leaders and critical individual contributors in the right roles, performing at their best. As organizations navigate ongoing change, HR Business Partners are increasingly expected to play a central role in shaping talent and leadership strategies that enable execution of business priorities.
This course focuses on the HRBP’s role in partnering with business leaders and Centers of Excellence to assess, develop, and sustain leadership and talent capabilities. Participants explore how talent strategy—including attraction, internal mobility, retention, leadership development, and succession planning—connects directly to business strategy and HR priorities.
As the final course in the certificate, Talent & Leadership integrates learning from Business Strategy, Employee Experience, and Strategic Workforce Planning, reinforcing how HRBPs bring these capabilities together to influence decisions, align talent with strategy, and drive sustained performance.
