Course Description

The program begins with a review of the CAHRS HRBP Framework, establishing a common language and set of expectations for the full learning experience. Participants complete a personalized HRBP assessment that highlights individual strengths and development opportunities.

This kickoff session helps participants understand how the framework applies to their role and how assessment insights can be used to focus development throughout the certificate. By grounding the cohort in a shared strategic lens, the session ensures consistent framing as participants engage in research, peer exchange, and applied learning across the program.
