Overview

Just this past year alone, we have seen monumental advances (and challenges) arise with the use of AI in talent acquisition. The goal of this CAHRS virtual working group, which will be led by CAHRS Professor JR Keller, is to review many of these changes and discuss what is coming next. We will talk about the different approaches your organizations and others are taking in terms of where (and where not) to implement AI in the hiring process, what’s working and what is not, how candidates are responding to (and some trying to cheat) these new technologies, and what this mean for the future of recruiting as a function within HR.

The target audience for this working group is individuals who have responsibility for designing or implementing TA policies and practices within their companies.

Given that we limit the number of registrations to our working groups to allow for rich discussion and best practice sharing, we ask that you only register for a session if you will be able to attend for the duration. Prior to the session, attendees should give some thought to topic that will be discussed and come prepared to engage actively in the discussion. We also strongly prefer that participants be on camera during the session to allow for more engaging interaction. We understand that sometimes things come up which we do not anticipate. If for some reason after you sign up for the working group and cannot attend, we would appreciate an email – even right up until the last minute, as these popular events often have waiting lists.
