Educational Delegations

Each year, the Climate Jobs Institute and Climate Jobs New York lead educational delegations for labor leaders and New York State legislators to learn from world leaders in climate, clean energy, and high-road job creation. Through site visits, meetings, and other educational sessions, delegates wrestle with the complexities of building a vibrant clean energy economy and learn lessons they can apply back home in New York.

In August, the Climate Jobs Institute led New York lawmakers and labor leaders to British Columbia to study clean energy, labor-driven climate strategies, and sustainable infrastructure.
