ICS Director at Equilar Executive Rewards Summit.

The Equilar Executive Pay Summit was June 15-16 in Washington, D.C. at the Washington Hilton. The conference had more than 300 attendees and covered a variety of topics including risk, institutional investors and the media, legislation and regulatory issues on the horizon, and lessons from the most recent proxy season. A second day included training for practitioners of executive compensation. ICS Director and Professor of Labor Economics and Human Resource Studies, Kevin Hallock moderated the panel on risk and executive compensation.
