Hassan Enayati launches new phase of research on CEO compensation and firm performance with Pearl Meyer & Partners. Starting in 2016, ICS began this research strand by examining the relationship between long-term performance metrics targeting total shareholder return on realized firm performance. This newest round of research questions will delve into the role of cash incentives on the volatility of awards and the interaction between time-vested awards and performance-based awards.
