Home Care in New York State: The Intersection of Quality Work and Quality Care
Study Background
The Worker Institute at Cornell University is doing research to better understand the working conditions of home care workers and how those conditions may affect you as a worker and your ability to provide care to your clients. We are interested in understanding your experience. To take part in the research, you would participate in a 45-minute interview over video call or phone call with a researcher. Interviews can be done in English or Spanish. After completing the interview, you will receive a $50 electronic gift card to thank you for your time.
Your participation in the interview is confidential — we will not use your name or any identifying information about you in the research, and your employer will not be informed that you are participating.
