Cornell ILR Buffalo Co-Lab and Erie County Commission on the Status of Women to Release Study On All Women's Equal Pay Day
The ILR Buffalo Co-Lab research project was undertaken in collaboration with the Erie County Commission on the Status of Women which is seeking to determine the extent of a gender wage gap in order make recommendation on how such wage inequities can be addressed and eradicated.

Researchers from the Worker Institute and the Buffalo Co-Lab presented research findings on the racially disproportionate impact of austerity measures on the state mental health workforce.
The day-long Sept. 27 meeting in King-Shaw Hall at ILR drew state legislative staffers and representatives of the governor’s office and the state Department of Labor. It included presentations from ILR Outreach faculty based in New York City, Ithaca and Buffalo.
