
Fall Research Assistants
RAs Will Work on Special Projects Over the Semester
CAHRS is pleased to introduce Haley Jackson (pictured left) and Hester Zhou (pictured right) as Research Assistants for the fall semester.
Haley has experience working in Talent Acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and Project Management. She is also passionate about leveraging HR strategies to enhance organizational performance and long-term success. Regarding her position as a CAHRS RA, Haley says that she is excited to support CAHRS's mission by contributing to impactful, high-visibility projects that address critical HR challenges - and eager to learn from CAHRS faculty and affiliated HR leaders while continuing to grow as a human resources (HR) professional.
Hester has more than seven years of experience in HR consulting and organizational development. She has led large-scale HR transformations and initiatives in talent development, HR analytics, change management, and organizational design across all stages of the business lifecycle - from startup and IPO to expansion, steady-state growth, and strategic restructuring. During her time as a CAHRS RA, she hopes to generate actionable insights that help member companies navigate today's complex and dynamic workforce challenges and looks forward to collaborating with firms to turn ideas into impact and navigate the future of work together.
