General Meeting for Everyone
Mondays at 5:30pm in Ives Hall Rm 305 (excluding school closures and holidays)
Cornell Speech and Debate holds an in-person General body meeting every Monday during the Spring 2024 semester.
Individual coaches for (Policy Debate, Worlds, Spanish Worlds, and Speech) also host additional scheduled meetings and practices.
Existing members and new interested students can see the full schedule of meetings by being added to the Canvas site for the debate team or reaching out to Eboard directly. Email Armands Revelins (aor4@cornell.edu) if you are an interested undergraduate student.
Tournament Schedule
During Fall and Spring of every academic year, Cornell Speech and Debate enters members in competition at tournaments in a variety of formats, throughout the country and the world! Online tournaments are generally somewhat open to outside observers. Contact team leaders for more information.

COVID-19 and in-person visits:
In-person visits to our office are currently restricted because of safety measures in place due to COVID-19. We hope to resume in-person activities soon. Here is information about our physical office space (and speech and debate team headquarters)
Our office is located in 615B Ives Hall, in the Ives Hall Classroom building/Catherwood Library in the ILR School.
From the Tower Road entrance
When you enter from the Tower Road entrance, find the double doors to the internal entrance to ILR Catherwood Library. Without entering into the library, find the elevator located around the corner from the internal entrance to the Catherwood Library on the second floor. Our office is the first door to your right next to the trophy case when you walk out of the elevator.
Staff are typically in the office from 10am - 5pm, then holding training sessions throughout the building in the evenings.
