Overview

Working with youth can present unique opportunities and challenges for VRCs. Ethical considerations for working with youth are complicated by the age of and support systems connected to the individual being served. A clear understanding of the relevant CRCC Code of Ethics standards and utilization of a sound ethical decision-making model are essential for the provision of appropriate services. Participants in this training will discuss potential ethical dilemmas related to working with youth and review recommendations to assist in the provision of effective, ethical, and supportive employment services.

This webinar is intended for employment service professionals (ESP) and vocational rehabilitation counselors (VRC).

CRC ethics credits have been approved for this webinar.
