Getting to the Top: An analysis of experiential development paths for future HR leaders
During the spring 2012 semester, CAHRS student Mary Anne Finn researched leadership-development paths to determine what experiences might be necessary for the development of future HR leaders. Leadership was examined from perspectives of Cornell University Undergraduate students, Masters' students in the ILR school (MILRs), current HR professionals and HR scholars or "experts." Finn's Professional Thesis is the result of her study, prepared under faculty guidance from Chris Collins, Phd.
