ILR professor will debate tax credit policy

John Bishop will debate live on the nationally syndicated CNN Show "Lou Dobbs Tonight" between 7 and 8 p.m. tonight.

Associate professor in ILR's Department of Human Resource Studies, Bishop will face off against Bill Dunkelberg, chief economist for the National Federation of Independent Business. The title of the segment is "Tax Credits for Jobs -- a Good Idea?"

Bishop is co-author of a federal tax credit policy draft expected to be unveiled next week. More information about the draft is available online.
