Bart K. de Koning is a postdoctoral research associate at Cornell University's Department of Economics and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and Future of Work Fellow at the Labor Dynamics Institute. He earned his doctorate from the Graduate School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2022.
De Koning’s research focus is on field experiments that aim to answer how expectations and information affect human capital investments and labor supply decisions. In fall of 2024, he taught “Field Experiments in Economics and Business” to undergraduate ILR and Economics majors.
