Jennifer Pawlewicz

Jennifer Pawlewicz, MBA,  CCsP, GCDF, brings over two decades of employer relations experience to her role as Business Outreach Specialist within the Yang Tan Institute in the ILR School at Cornell University. Her work focuses on employer best practices to recruit, hire, retain, and advance employees with disabilities, as well as fostering workplace cultures that support disability employment and access, particularly in small businesses.

In her role, she provides technical assistance and develops content for the USDOL-ODEP-funded Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability/EARN grant, and supports the Workforce Recruitment Program, which connects employers with highly motivated postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities. Jennifer brings extensive experience in career counseling and exploration, working with both employers and employees to help create meaningful connections.
