John Castella

John Castella teaches certificate program courses for the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR), including Collective Bargaining, Internal Organizing, and Building Effective Unions. Mr. Castella has been representing Union members for over 28 years where he negotiates collective bargaining agreements and represents members in discipline hearings, up to and including mediation and arbitration. He also served on the National Council for the American Association of University Professors (two terms). He has been with Cornell since 2018.
