Kaitlyn Jackson, PhD is a Policy Associate at Cornell University’s Yang Tan Institute (YTI) on Employment and Disability in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Her research interests include transition from school to work, with a focus on high-quality work-based learning opportunities.
Kaitlyn currently supports two projects at YTI; the Center for Advancing Policy on Employment for Youth (CAPE-Youth) and the evaluation of New York's Subminimum Wage to Competitive Integrated Employment (SWTCIE) project.
Prior to her role at YTI, Kaitlyn directed the employment programs at the Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities at the University of Rochester Medical Center, served as the New York Project SEARCH statewide coordinator and worked in Washington, D.C. on federal policy issues impacting young adults with disabilities.
