Sarah Miller Espinosa

Sarah Miller Espinosa, J.D., is a labor arbitrator, mediator, and organizational ombuds. Sarah is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and is listed on a number of labor arbitration rosters, including those administered by the American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, NY PERB, NJ PERC, and DC PERB.  Sarah is a part-time senior extension associate at the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution at Cornell University. Sarah is active in a number of professional associations and is the immediate past president of the Virginia Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (Virginia LERA).  Sarah is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
