We are excited about our new course, Disability in the Workplace: A Just-in-Time Course for Leaders, that we’ll be presenting in New York City this fall. This transformative experience will prepare managers to support employees around disability disclosure, reasonable accommodation, and performance management. Building on our innovative Just-in-Time Toolkit for Managers, this course will provide practical strategies to support all employees and set them up for success.
