Policy advisor and researcher with 20+ years of international experience on labor and social policy, digitalization,
platform work, and labor governance, working at the interface of unions, governments, and multilateral
organizations. She has conducted research on the gig economy, just transitions, labor standards and workers’ rights
in supply chains, as well as on labor migration issues. Combines deep knowledge of labor rights and social dialogue
with hands-on experience in policy design, field research, and advocacy through collaborations with the ILO, WEF,
