Lisa Boragine

Lisa Heller Boragine was a competitive debater and the President of the Lawrence Debate Union as an undergraduate student at the University of Vermont. Following this, she earned her master’s degree in Speech Communication from Syracuse University. She has over 20 years experience coaching and teaching debate and other speech communication courses at the University of Richmond, Bates College, Hamilton College, Bridgewater State University, and Cape Cod Community College. She was the director of the Rhode Island Debate League (RIDL) through the Swearer Center for Public Service at Brown University. She has won multiple teaching and coaching awards.
