Ray has spent a career in compensation consulting and visits having recently completed a period as Aon's CEO Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa Reward Solutions. He has also been Global President of McLagan. He has concentrated in executive compensation, financial services and emerging markets, establishing compensation consulting businesses in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
