"I am a purpose-driven individual and a graduate of Cornell's ILR School, currently serving as a Fair Employment Practice Specialist supporting Central HR, CJEI, and CPEP. My journey as a returning citizen has cultivated a deep empathy and appreciation for people. Growing up in a family that hosted foster care, I began working at the age of 14, which provided me with invaluable life experiences.

My professional background spans diverse fields, including aerospace, academia, trucking, restaurants, warehousing, and healthcare. I specialize in HR functions such as HR Technology and talent acquisition. I am passionate about organizational change, DEI initiatives, and enhancing opportunities for underrepresented groups seeking employment. I also aim to shift the mindset of HR professionals towards valuing positive and progressive talent.
