Victoria Skeie

Victoria Skeie is a visiting Fulbright scholar from the Faculty of Law at The University of Oslo where she is a PhD candidate at the Norwegian Center for Human Rights. Her research focuses on the impact of legal policy frameworks on forced labour and labour exploitation. Previously, she has been an advisor to the secretariat of the Council on Ethics and UNDP.
