Michael Kinnucan

Michael is the Health Policy Director at the Fiscal Policy Institute, a think tank focused on New York State politics and policy. He previously led Medicaid policy advocacy at SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania and has consulted for unions across the country on Medicaid and healthcare issues.
