Yiran Zhang

Yiran Zhang studies the law's governance of care work at the intersection of the often-informal labor markets, the welfare state, and the economic household. Her current projects examine: 1)the boundary of paid care work in Medicaid home care programs; 2) the political economy of sectoral bargaining for home care workers; and 3) how work law regulates the often-gendered home workplace.
