Gavin’s expertise is in organization effectiveness through organizational strategy and design, change management for successful execution, and enterprise leadership performance. His approach is built on a foundation of practical business skills and a unique, culturally aware, and pragmatic perspective gained from multiple international leadership roles, enhanced by more than 25 years of developing solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
Before his consulting career, Gavin served as CHRO at Synovate, a global market research firm based in London, and at Harte Hanks Inc. in the USA. He also led the HR function for Pentland Brands PLC in London and Hong Kong, following successful roles in quality and sales in his native South Africa.
Gavin holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and has completed advanced programs at Ashridge University (Leading Strategy & Change) and Cranfield University (Advanced Project Management). He is an active member of multiple networks and volunteers on the Board of VolunteerSquare.com.
