Sarah Bubash
Sarah Bubash joined the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability as an Extension Associate in 2024. As an Extension Associate, Sarah develops and provides professional development for the Office of Special Education Technical Assistance Partnership for Transition.
She joined the team with 10 years of experience as a special education teacher and 6 years preparing teacher candidates at the university level. Sarah’s work focuses on improving teacher education with a particular interest in preparing educators to work with students with complex disabilities. She is committed to the development of, and increased implementation of, person-centered practices within K–12 education.
